Springbox is an interactive agency focused on creating captivating digital experiences. My duties as the head of the creative department include partnering with the new business team to win clients, working with the account service group to develop accounts, shaping project direction and scope, training and developing the creative team, and acting as an individual UX or design contributor on select projects.

Enspire is a boutique online training agency that produces custom rich-media educational programs. As the head of the creative team, I was responsible for supporting new business efforts, shaping projects, maturing the brand, and helping to develop the company’s flagship product offering. Staffing and training the team was also a major focus as I helped the department grow from 3 to 15 while constantly seeking ways to improve quality and build efficiencies.

Operating as an independent freelancer, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work across several industries including technology, medical, sports, and entertainment. Providing a full service offering for clients, I helped design and produce identity packages, print materials, websites, and eCommerce solutions.

ETC Music was a product development startup focused on finding solutions to digital media distribution. As the UI lead, I was responsible for designing and developing the user interface for the company’s flagship product MusicTeller. This kiosk-like device was designed to dispense digital music to portable devices. Other responsibilities included developing identity systems for both the company and the products.
