As a highly innovative and technically driven organization Callaway Golf had developed advanced algorithms that allowed their fitting specialists to match players to the right clubs and were eager to take the experience online. With a few competitors already in the space it was important that Callaway’s offering be accurate and highly usable while properly representing the brand.

The main challenge was to collect a lot of data while keeping the user engaged. To do so we split the questions into sets, used a variety of input mechanisms, and tried to give lots of visual feedback. The response from the client and the golf community was great and with shopping cart integration the experience drove more then just interest.
